I understand that 14 days notice of cancellations or changes to delegate’s names must be given and that no refunds can be made after that date. All delegates must attend the whole course and any late arrivals may be refused entry. No refunds will be made to delegates who are refused entry due to late arrival, or who leave early. All bookings are taken on a first come first served basis and if the chosen course is oversubscribed then an alternative venue and/or date will be offered. Stockwood Consulting Limited reserves the right to cancel any course, at any time, and issue a full refund. No certificates will be released until payment has been received in full.

Making training meaningful can be challenging, but with a little imagination it is needn’t be. Our brief was to provide HSE approved training, but to make it relevant for the group, as it was felt that ‘an off the shelf’ course would not meet the needs of the group and cover injuries that they were likely to sustain.
