I understand that 14 days notice of cancellations or changes to delegate’s names must be given and that no refunds can be made after that date. All delegates must attend the whole course and any late arrivals may be refused entry. No refunds will be made to delegates who are refused entry due to late arrival, or who leave early. All bookings are taken on a first come first served basis and if the chosen course is oversubscribed then an alternative venue and/or date will be offered. Stockwood Consulting Limited reserves the right to cancel any course, at any time, and issue a full refund. No certificates will be released until payment has been received in full.

The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations (1981) require all workplaces to have a suitably stocked first aid kit. We sell a range of kits suitable for most workplaces as well as refills for those kits. If yu are looking for a kit that is not listed, please contact us as we may be able to source it for you.
