I understand that 14 days notice of cancellations or changes to delegate’s names must be given and that no refunds can be made after that date. All delegates must attend the whole course and any late arrivals may be refused entry. No refunds will be made to delegates who are refused entry due to late arrival, or who leave early. All bookings are taken on a first come first served basis and if the chosen course is oversubscribed then an alternative venue and/or date will be offered. Stockwood Consulting Limited reserves the right to cancel any course, at any time, and issue a full refund. No certificates will be released until payment has been received in full.

Postage and Packaging

The following postage and packaging rates apply. Each charge will apply once per class of product ordered. For example 3 class A products plus 1 class B product to zone 1 will be £6.21

Orders are normally dispatched within three working days, however, orders may take up to 14 days to be dispatched.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force standard services.

Terms and Conditions (Purchase of products from the shop only)

Specifications on the website of the products to be supplied by Stockwood Consulting Ltd (SCL) are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.

SCL reserves the right to make any changes in the specification necessary to comply with any applicable legal requirements and to change the specification published on the website provided that this does not materially affect the quality or performance of the products.

SCL warrants that it has the right to supply all products offered by it on the website and that the products will substantially comply with their description.

In all other respects, and to the maximum extent permissible, SCL makes no other warranties or promises about the products, and any implied warranties are excluded.

1 a) Availability, prices and information of products

SCL does not promise that products are necessarily available: all products are offered for sale subject to availability. The price of the products is that listed on the website on the date of  order (inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which are payable by you). All prices displayed on the website are  in UK pounds sterling. All payments, including delivery charges, must be paid in full.

Ordering

When you click on the “Proceed to checkout” button SCL will treat the order as an offer by you to purchase the products subject to these terms and conditions of sale. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and if SCL accepts your offer they shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of products set out in your order.

If SCL accepts your offer they shall confirm each order online via the internet or by email and such confirmation shall be SCL’s acceptance of the contract between the parties.

Delivery

All products will be delivered to the address that you provide on the paypal website and risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to you at the time of delivery even if the products have not been received by you in person.

SCL shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products howsoever caused.

Cancellation and returns

SCL wants you to be totally satisfied with your order but if you would like to cancel your order and return the products you must do so in writing (by email, fax or post) within 14 working days after receipt of the order, enclosing or attaching a copy of your order confirmation and your reasons for returning them.

SCL will confirm any cancellation by email and will repay to you the full cost of the order (including the cost of products and delivery) within 30 days after receipt of your notice to cancel. Goods must be returned to us to the following address: 12 Shelland Close, Market Harborough LE16 7XU.
