I understand that 14 days notice of cancellations or changes to delegate’s names must be given and that no refunds can be made after that date. All delegates must attend the whole course and any late arrivals may be refused entry. No refunds will be made to delegates who are refused entry due to late arrival, or who leave early. All bookings are taken on a first come first served basis and if the chosen course is oversubscribed then an alternative venue and/or date will be offered.
