This Level 2 Food Safety in Catering course is suitable for anyone who works with food, including:
Those working in the catering industry
Volunteers who prepare food as part of their roles
As a business owner or food handler, you have a duty to comply with the provisions of Regulation (EC) 852/2004 of the European Parliament on the Hygiene of Foodstuffs, the Food Safety Act 1990, and Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2005. This requires Food Businesses to ensure that food handlers are supervised, instructed and trained in food hygiene and food safety in a way that is appropriate to the work they do and enables them to handle food safely and hygienically.

Registration is at 9.00am and the course begins at 9.15am and finishes at 5.00 pm. If you arrive late then you may not be able to complete the course.
